Inspiring Teachers

Nicole Acacio

Nicole Acacio is a licensed 400HR YTT Facilitator and 100HR Vedic Thai Bodywork Facilitator, as well as the visionary behind The Body Center. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness, Nicole created The Body Center to bring healing, movement, and growth to the Harvey’s Lake community. Her mission is to share her knowledge while providing space for other facilitators to offer diverse wellness modalities under one welcoming roof.


Nicole’s journey in wellness was elevated during her time as COO of ATHA Yoga Shala and Spa in Delray Beach, Florida, where she was immersed in a wide range of healing practices and innovative wellness experiences. This exposure deepened her desire to create a center that supports mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to her wellness career, Nicole continues to work as a commercial film producer, collaborating with high-profile clients in Los Angeles and New York. Her creative background and entrepreneurial spirit drive her unique approach to building spaces that inspire transformation.


The Body Center is her latest venture—a place for the community to explore, connect, and evolve in the ever-expanding world of wellness.

Anthony Feola

Anthony Feola is a certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, and adaptive exercise specialist dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. With a passion for functional movement and individualized coaching, Anthony brings a dynamic and inclusive approach to fitness. When he’s not training, you’ll find him skiing, golfing, hiking, or enjoying just about any outdoor adventure.

Lauren Litchman

Lauren grew up at the lake and began practicing yoga in high school when her dad introduced her to it.  At first, it was just every once in a while, but yoga soon became an important part of Lauren’s life.  n 2018 she completed her 200hr YTT program through Zuna Yoga and has continued to explore different styles of yoga throughout the years.  She looks forward to bringing a blend of her favorite flows to the lake this summer.  Off the mat, you can find her hiking, enjoying the lake, or a good meal with her friends  and family.


Kendra Vanesko

Kendra is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor who has been teaching since 2019. She first discovered yoga about seven years ago, drawn initially to its physical benefits. Over time, she realized it also offered powerful support for anxiety, mindfulness, and learning to slow down.


As a teacher, Kendra aims to help her students strengthen their bodies, renew their minds, and nourish their souls. Her vinyasa-style classes begin with a gentle flow, build into a challenging sequence, and end with deep relaxation. She always offers modifications and clear cues, making her classes accessible—especially for beginners starting their yoga journey.


Outside of the studio, Kendra is energetic and outgoing. She loves traveling, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends and family. She also works as a sales and marketing representative, and yoga provides the perfect balance in her busy, vibrant life

Jim Karlow
